A spoken word artist and certified meditation and yoga teacher, Allie Michelle self-published her debut before the revised and expanded edition of Explorations of a Cosmic Soul appeared from Andrews McMeel Publishing in 2021. The Words Left Unspoken followed from Andrews McMeel in 2023. She co-founded We Are Warriors, a mental wellness initiative, and has performed internationally.
