Refund policy
Our Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please log in to your Customer Account or contact us at returns@thepoetryshop.com with your order number.
- Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Method: You can download and print this label to facilitate the return by mail.
- Cost: Return shipping is provided at no cost to you (Free).
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@thepoetryshop.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards or items specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer product exchanges.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
