Known only as Atticus, this Canadian poet remains anonymous, writing under a single name and appearing in public behind a mask. Atticus gradually developed a large Instagram following, where he posts as @atticuspoetry, sharing work in free verse. His debut collection, Love Her Wild (Atria Books, 2017), became an international bestseller. The Dark Between Stars (Atria Books, 2018) followed, and later collections include The Truth About Magic (2019) and LVOE. Atticus grew up in Canada and later settled in Los Angeles.
