An artist from the suburbs of Chicago, Adrienne Novy graduated from Hamline University's creative writing program in 2020. Her first collection, Crowd Surfing With God, appeared from Half Mystic Press in 2018 and was reissued in a fifth anniversary edition in 2023. Erev Gildene: The Pop-Rock Survival Guide for the Modern Jewish Millennial followed from Game Over Books in 2022, and good luck in the real world, runner-up in the 2024 Button Poetry Chapbook Contest, appeared from Button Poetry in 2026. Her work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net.
