A poet and scholarly editor, Ben Mazer studied with Seamus Heaney at Harvard University and completed his MA and PhD at the Editorial Institute, Boston University, under Christopher Ricks and Archie Burnett. Raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he is the author of more than ten poetry collections, including The Glass Piano (MadHat Press, 2015) and The Ruined Millionaire (MadHat Press, 2023). He edited The Collected Poems of Delmore Schwartz (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2024) and Selected Poems of Frederick Goddard Tuckerman (Harvard University Press, 2010).
