A poet and editor, Soham Patel is the author of to afar from afar (The Accomplices, 2018) and ever really hear it (Subito Press, 2018), winner of the Subito Press Prize. all one in the end—/water followed from Delete Press in 2023, and a further collection, The Daughter Industry, from Nightboat Books in 2026. Patel was born in the East Midlands of England and raised in western North Dakota. Editorial work includes serving as an associate editor at Fence. Patel lives in Virginia, on Tutelo and Monacan land.
